Prosecution of a group of people who drove a wheelie, going nearly 300km/h in Hai Phong

This morning (October 31), the Investigation Police Agency of Cat Hai District Police, Hai Phong City announced that it has just issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and issue an order to temporarily detain the accused to investigate the act of "Disturbing public order" against a group of racers in the area.

Specifically, the subjects prosecuted and temporarily detained are Nguyen Van Tuan (born in 1994, residing in Trang Viet Village, Trang Viet Commune, Me Linh, Hanoi ) and Dinh Van Anh (born in 1997, residing in Sao Ha Village, Quang Lang Commune, Phu Xuyen, Hanoi).

As reported, on 9/2023, on Tan Vu - Lach Huyen route (Cat Hai island), road 356 (Cat Ba island) in Cat Hai district, Hai Phong city, a group of young men drove large-displacement motorbikes at high speed, cornered, did wheelies and then posted videos on social networks; endangering traffic participants, negatively affecting society.

After VietNamNet posted the news, the leaders of Hai Phong City Police directed Cat Hai District Police and the Traffic Police Department to focus on verifying and urgently searching for the above group of subjects.
