Do not allow spontaneous collection of rice fields for commercial housing

Continuing the content of the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly , on the morning of November 21, the National Assembly discussed the draft Resolution on piloting the implementation of commercial housing projects through agreements on receiving land use rights or having land use rights. Discussing this content, delegates agreed with the necessity of issuing a Resolution on implementing commercial housing projects through agreements on receiving land use rights or having land use rights, but many delegates suggested that strict regulations are needed to avoid the situation of spontaneous collection of rice fields for commercial housing, affecting food security.
