According to the Tuyen Quang Province Hydrometeorological Station, on the afternoon of November 18, strong cold air affected the weather in areas in the province, causing rain, showers, and level 2 northeast winds. Temperatures in the areas at 1 p.m. on November 18 were generally between 18.1 and 19.7°C, with mountainous areas ranging from 12.8 to 17.2°C.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 to 48 hours, cold air will affect areas in Tuyen Quang province; on the morning of November 19, the province will have rain, showers, and strong northeast winds of level 2-3. The weather will be cold, with severe cold at night and morning; in the high mountains, severe cold at night and morning; the lowest temperature in this cold air mass will be from 12-15°C, in the high mountains in the North of the province, 6-9°C.

Forecast for the night of November 19 to 20, the temperature in the province is as follows: Dong Van, Meo Vac, Yen Minh, Quan Ba ​​areas have the lowest temperature from 7-10°C; Hoang Su Phi, Xin Man 15-17°C; Ha Giang , Vi Xuyen, Bac Quang, Quang Binh, Ham Yen 13-16°C; Bac Me, Na Hang, Lam Binh, Chiem Hoa 13-16°C; Yen Son, Minh Xuan, Son Duong 13-16°C.
