The 30th Anniversary Edition is the 30th anniversary edition of the Kia Sportage. This compact SUV first appeared on the Korean market in 1993.
On the exterior, the 30th Anniversary Edition features gloss black accents for the roof rails and side mirror caps, while the grille and lower front and rear bumpers feature their own decorative accents. The 19-inch wheels are finished in black for a more aggressive and distinctive look.
The anniversary edition interior is offered in a special two-tone green and black color scheme, and is upgraded with premium leather seats featuring new quilting and suede accents, while the driver and passenger headrests feature a 30th anniversary logo to emphasize the distinction.
In addition to the new 30th Anniversary Edition, the 2024 Kia Sportage also gets upgraded equipment. Accordingly, all versions of the car, including Prestige, Noblesse, Noblesse Gravity, Signature and Signature Gravity, are equipped with double-layer soundproof glass in the front row to provide a quieter interior. For the first time, this C-size SUV is also equipped with standard side airbags in the second row. The Signature version will have additional double-layer soundproof glass extending to the rear seats.
The 2024 Kia Sportage is still offered with four engine options. The first is a 1.6L turbocharged 4-cylinder gasoline engine that produces a maximum capacity of 180 horsepower and a maximum torque of 265 Nm. This engine is combined with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission or a 6-speed manual transmission and consumes an average of 12.5 km/liter (about 8 liters/100 km).

The second is a 2.0L, 4-cylinder diesel engine with a maximum capacity of 183 horsepower and a maximum torque of 416 Nm. The engine is combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission and consumes an average of 14.6 km/liter (about 6.84 liters/100 km) of fuel when using 17-inch rims and a standard 1-wheel drive system.
The third is the hybrid powertrain, which includes a 1.6L turbocharged 4-cylinder Smartstream gasoline engine, a 44.2 kW electric motor, a 1.49 kWh lithium-ion polymer battery pack and a 6-speed automatic transmission. This hybrid powertrain produces a maximum output of 230 horsepower and a maximum torque of 349 Nm. The average fuel consumption of the Kia Sportage Hybrid is 16.7 km/l (about 5.9 liters/100 km) when using 17-inch wheels.
Finally, there is the SmartStream LPi engine running on LPG with a capacity of 2.0L and a 6-speed automatic transmission. This engine produces a maximum capacity of 146 horsepower and a maximum torque of 191 Nm.
The price of the Kia Sportage 2024 in the Korean market currently ranges from 25.37 - 33.92 million Won (about 462 - 617 million VND). Meanwhile, the Kia Sportage 30th Anniversary Edition 2024 is priced from 34.17 million Won (622 million VND).
