In recent times, the State Treasury of Dak Lak province has always focused on directing and leading the implementation of administrative reform work in line with the actual situation, ensuring the effectiveness of assigned work. 100% of administrative procedures in the field of the State Treasury have been promptly and fully publicized; administrative discipline and order have been improved. The unit has posted a board to receive feedback and recommendations on administrative regulations at the transaction counter, making it convenient for customers to look up and monitor the performance of duties of civil servants in transaction relations.

The Provincial State Treasury has actively promoted administrative reform, developed and issued annual administrative reform plans as well as documents directing affiliated and subordinate units to implement administrative reform plans and control administrative procedures.
The modern one-stop, one-stop mechanism has been effectively implemented; administrative procedures are handled on time according to regulations, the quality of administrative procedures is quick, without causing trouble or harassment to organizations and individuals. In 2023, the Provincial State Treasury received and handled 553,996 administrative procedure files in advance and on time, with no overdue files. In the first 7 months of 2024 alone, the unit handled 301,921/301,922 administrative procedure files on time, with 01 overdue file and the unit has publicly posted an apology letter at the One-stop Department.

Regarding the construction and development of e-Government and digital Government, the unit has implemented electronic signatures in the process of tax declaration, social insurance declaration, submission and signing of payment documents. At the same time, it has implemented online document delivery; reconciliation, account registration, account change, change of seal and signature, reconciliation and confirmation of account balance of the transaction unit... via the Public Service information portal. In 2023, the rate of administrative procedure files resolved using online payment services will reach 96.22%, and in the first 7 months of 2024 alone, the rate of administrative procedure files resolved using online payment services will reach 96.44%...

In addition to the achieved results, the implementation of administrative reform at the unit still faces limitations because the civil servants undertaking administrative reform at the Office and the affiliated State Treasuries are mostly part-time, and the time allocated for work is limited, making it difficult to implement tasks.
In order to improve the effectiveness of administrative reform in the coming time, the Provincial State Treasury has set out a number of key tasks such as: focusing on propaganda andeducation to further enhance the sense of responsibility and attitude of civil servants towards the administrative reform program; promoting the role and responsibility of unit leaders in implementing administrative reform tasks; regularly inspecting, promptly correcting and removing difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing administrative reform work at the unit...
