During the exchange and film premiere on the afternoon of August 22 in Ho Chi Minh City, Kieu Minh Tuan, Van Trang, Quoc Truong, Mac Van Khoa, Quynh Ly... shared a lot about their roles.
Kieu Minh Tuan plays the male lead named Lam, who has a dark past. Lam "washes his hands of the crime", lives an anonymous, peaceful life with his wife Hanh (played by Van Trang) and her stepdaughter Hien (played by Mai Cat Vi). Hien was lured into a human trafficking ring, Lam is determined to infiltrate the den and find a way to save his daughter.

He asserted that he was not a "male assassin".
Kieu Minh Tuan said he practiced a lot for the role, every martial arts move, every facial expression. Action director Kefi Abrikh Samuel guided him in every detail, meticulously, from expressions to dodge punches to blocking and kicking movements... Everything was practiced over and over again before going to the set to perform.
"The action director does not let the actors get injured or get too tired. The martial arts moves are divided into several takes and not done all in one take. This is a method to avoid the actors getting too tired, which leads to the movements no longer being beautiful and powerful" - Kieu Minh Tuan said.
The actor affirmed that he learned a lot after the film, creating positive energy that helps him confidently pursue this film genre if he continues to have the opportunity to receive invitations.
Kieu Minh Tuan affirmed that he never compares himself or compares himself with anyone. He only likes to compare himself with himself of yesterday to know what he is better at or simply how he has aged compared to yesterday. He has a lot of work to do so he doesn't have time to compare himself with anyone. Most of the time, people compare him with this person or that person, leading to conflicting opinions and rumors that sometimes he himself doesn't know where they come from.
"I am not a "action man" as some media have called me. Because I think I am not good at action movies. There are many actors who are really good at martial arts and can act out martial arts action scenes better than me, so I have never dared to accept any title in the profession. I am very upset every time I am slandered and involved in scandals" - Kieu Minh Tuan confided.
He added that it took him three months to grow his hair long and lose a lot of weight to look thin and suitable for the role.
"Anonymous" directed by Dan Tran, brings together actors: Quoc Truong, Mac Van Khoa, Van Trang, Quynh Ly, Kim Hai, Tuyen Map... The film is expected to be released in theaters from August 25.
