Kocca Vietnam and WTC Binh Duong New City find mascot symbol 2023

KOCCA Vietnam and WTC Binh Duong New City World Trade Center (WTC BDNC) held the Closing and Awarding Ceremony of the "Mascot Design Contest for Binh Duong New City Center (WTC BDNC)". All designs were highly appreciated for their creativity, unique ideas, and ease of application in practice; at the same time, they demonstrated the painting skills and fine arts expertise of Vietnamese youth.

Representative of the Organizing Committee, Mr. Hong Jeong Yong - Director of KOCCA Vietnam shared: " The symbolic mascot culture is very popular in countries like Korea... contributing to expressing the unique identity of the enterprise. The contest held in Binh Duong province shows the spirit of cultural exchange between Vietnam and Korea and the effort to update new trends to create a buzz for WTC BDNC ".

The contest attracted 83 entries in just 30 days of launching.

The final result belonged to contestant Ta Thang Long with the mascot BIDU. Thus, BIDU won the first prize with a prize of 30,000,000 VND and had the opportunity to become the official mascot of TPM Binh Duong WTC. The jury also awarded the second, third and 3 consolation prizes to the excellent contestants.
