Ky Duyen brings Hanoi pho to the stage of Miss Supranational 2025

Vietnam's representative - Vo Cao Ky Duyen attracted attention when she transformed into a "bowl of Hanoi pho" in the national costume competition at Miss Supranational 2025.

On the morning of June 26, the National Costume competition of the Miss Supranational 2025 pageant took place in Poland, gathering creative designs from more than 60 countries and territories. The contestants brought cultural stories and national identity through elaborate traditional costumes.

Vietnam representative - Vo Cao Ky Duyen impressed when transforming into a bowl of Hanoi pho with fried dough sticks. The design simulates a familiar blue and white ceramic bowl with details such as beef, herbs, fried dough sticks and a bowl of dipping sauce placed on the head. Despite the cumbersome costume, Ky Duyen still confidently strode forward, smiling brightly with the props.

Vietnam representative's performance:

The enthusiastic cheers from the audience energized the contestants. Although some beauties had difficulty performing with the bulky designs, most of them remained calm and completed the competition perfectly.

The American representatives bring vibrant images with distinctive native colors.

Miss Brazil - Eduarda Braum transformed into a hummingbird, the animal chosen as the symbol of the state of Espírito Santo since 1984. The costume was handcrafted with natural feathers and embellished with more than 15,000 sparkling crystals.

Venezuela representative - Leix Collins chose a large, carefully invested design inspired by flamingos.

Meanwhile, African beauties impressed with tribal designs using brocade, horn, leather and wood.

UK representative Brittany Feeney is charming in a rose-inspired outfit.

European representatives prefer to choose designs inspired by legends and ancient fairy tales.

Many Asian representatives showed serious investment in this competition, considering it an opportunity to promote the country's image and national traditions to international friends.

Miss Indonesia - Firsta Yufi Amarta Putri transformed into Roro Jonggrang - a female character in folklore, symbolizing resilience in the face of adversity.

Philippines representative Tarah Valencia impressed with her design using Solihiya textile patterns combined with Cordillera fabrics - iconic materials of local handicrafts.

After the national costume show, the Miss Supranational 2025 contestants will enter the final round taking place at 1am on June 28 (Vietnam time). The reigning Miss Harashta Haifa Zahra from Indonesia will hand over the crown to her successor.
