
At the upcoming 10th session, the National Assembly will not hold a question and answer session. The Government and agencies will submit full reports; delegates will submit written questions for the questionees to answer continuously from now until the session. Relevant agencies will compile the reports and arrange for the National Assembly to meet in one session.
That was the information given by Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office Nguyen Van Hien at the Central press conference organized by the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Vietnam Journalists Association this morning in Hanoi.
The 10th session is scheduled to open on the morning of October 20 and close on December 12 at the National Assembly House (Hanoi).
The official working time of the session is 42 days. According to Mr. Nguyen Van Hien, it is expected that the National Assembly will consider and decide on 66 contents, including about 50 draft laws, 3 thematic resolutions and 13 groups of contents related to socio-economics, state budget, supervision and other important issues. Due to the large workload at this session, the National Assembly Office will continue to enhance the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to effectively serve the 10th session.
The leaders of the National Assembly Office also requested press agencies to closely follow the program, deploy information and propagate promptly and accurately about the content and progress of the session; fully reflect the opinions and recommendations of delegates and the decisions of the National Assembly...
