Signing of the implementation of credit policy lending trust

On July 21, the Lam Dong Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) held a conference to sign a Joint Document on the implementation of entrusted lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries between the VBSP Branch and the entrusted social-political organizations of Lam Dong province.

Leaders of Social Policy Organizations signed a Joint Document with leaders of the Bank for Social Policies of Lam Dong province.

Attending the Conference were representatives of the leadership of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province; entrusted socio -political organizations; the Board of Directors of the Social Policy Bank of Lam Dong province branch and professional departments of the Social Policy Bank of Lam Dong province branch.

Joint Document on the implementation of entrusted lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries between the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies and the entrusted Social Policy Organizations of Lam Dong province, established on the basis of Article 5 of Decree No. 78/2002/ND-CP dated October 4, 2002 of the Government on credit for the poor and other policy beneficiaries and Agreement No. 5656/VBTT-NHCS-HPN-HND-HCCB-ĐTN dated June 18, 2025 between the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies and the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU), the Vietnam Farmers' Union (VWU), the Vietnam Veterans' Association (VVA) and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) on the implementation of entrusted lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries.

Accordingly, the Lam Dong Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies has entrusted 4 provincial-level Social Policy Organizations (named above) to carry out a number of tasks in the lending process for poor households and other policy beneficiaries, regarding direction, propaganda, and mobilization; inspection and supervision of the entrusted activities of subordinates ; training and coaching ; and other coordination activities with the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies ...

The document also stipulates the content of entrustment to the commune-level CT-XH Organizations. Notably, the contents related to the implementation of social policy credit programs, entrustment activities, commune transaction activities, activities of Savings and Loan Groups; as well as other activities, aiming to improve the efficiency of policy credit activities; help borrowers use capital effectively, create jobs, increase income, contribute to the successful implementation of national target programs, ensure social security, etc.
