Disciplinary action against Head of Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, expulsion from Party of former Chairman of Song Cong City

On August 23, the Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee held the 75th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee decided to expel from the Party Mr. Le Van Khoi, former Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission for the 2020-2025 term, former Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee - Chairman of the People's Committee of Song Cong City for the 2016-2021 term, due to lack of responsibility in organizing and implementing the investment project to build the extended Thang Loi road, Song Cong City (phase I, II).

Expelled from the Party Mr. Trieu Van Luy, District Party Committee member, Secretary of Quang Son Commune Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, belonging to Dong Hy District Party Committee, due to degradation in political ideology, ethics and lifestyle; violating the Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence...

At the meeting of the Provincial Party Committee held on the same day, after considering the proposal of the Standing Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee to discipline Mr. Duong Xuan Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, former Secretary of the Song Cong City Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term and Mr. Hoang Thai Cuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Song Cong City Party Committee for the 2015-2020, 2020-2025 term (former Director of the Department of Planning and Investment), the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee voted and decided to discipline in the form of a reprimand.

Disciplinary warning for former Chairman of Long An Province Tran Van Can

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang signed Decision No. 890/QD-TTg dated August 22 of the Prime Minister to discipline Mr. Tran Van Can - former Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee in the form of a warning.

Mr. Tran Van Can had violations and shortcomings in his work and the Central Inspection Commission has taken disciplinary action against him.

Disciplinary Reprimand of Pleiku City Police Chief

On August 22, information from the Central Inspection Commission said that the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission held the 47th Session to review inspection, supervision, and party discipline enforcement.

At the meeting, the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed the inspection results when there were signs of violations against Mr. Phan Nhat Toan, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Party Secretary, and Head of Pleiku City Police.

The Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that Mr. Phan Nhat Toan was irresponsible, failed to promptly detect and direct the handling of denunciations and reports of crimes; failed to inspect the handling of denunciations and reports of crimes, and recommendations for prosecution by the Deputy Head of the Investigation Police Agency and Investigators.

The Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to discipline Mr. Phan Nhat Toan with a reprimand.

Disciplinary action against a series of officials in Muong Lat district

The Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee has just announced a disciplinary decision on the inspection when there are signs of violations against Party organizations and Party members related to the enrollment work at Muong Lat Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.

The Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee has decided to discipline the following individuals with a reprimand: Mr. Mai Xuan Giang - Vice Chairman of Muong Lat District People's Committee; Mr. Lo Van Tuan - Deputy Head of the Department of Culture and Information, former Head of the Department of Education and Training of Muong Lat District; Mr. Tong Minh Toi - Deputy Head of the Department of Education and Training of Muong Lat District; Mr. Trinh Xuan Tam - Principal of Muong Lat Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities; Vu Xuan Tung - specialist of the Department of Culture and Information, former specialist of the Department of Education and Training of Muong Lat District.

Previously, verification results showed that from the 2020-2021 school year to the 2023-2024 school year, many students who were children of officials, civil servants, and teachers were admitted to Muong Lat Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, not in accordance with the regulations in Circular No. 01/2016 and Circular No. 04/2023 of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Disciplinary warning for Director of Investment Promotion Center of Binh Phuoc province

On August 21, the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province announced that it had just issued a disciplinary decision against Mr. Tran Quoc Duy, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of Binh Phuoc province.

Mr. Tran Quoc Duy was disciplined with a warning due to moral degradation and serious violations of regulations on what party members are not allowed to do; regulations on exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members.
