Discipline female principal who called teacher "call girl"

(Dan Tri) - Ms. Le Thi Hue, Principal of Trung Son Kindergarten (Quan Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province) - who once called teachers "call girls" - was disciplined with a warning.

On the morning of May 29, the leader of the People's Committee of Quan Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province, said that the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee had decided to discipline Ms. Le Thi Hue - Principal of Trung Son Kindergarten, Trung Son commune with a warning.

Previously, as Dan Tri reported, Ms. Le Thi Hue was accused of violating the law and teacher ethics.

Ms. Hue was accused of creating a false profile to put a person's name on the list of cooking staff to withdraw 12 million VND from the state budget, and at the same time taking the school's refrigerator and water tank for personal use.

In addition, Ms. Hue was also reported to have used inappropriate words towards teachers. At the end of November 2021, the food safety inspection team came to work with the Trung Son Commune People's Committee and then went to the school kitchen to inspect.

Some teachers of the school then went to have dinner with the leaders of the commune People's Committee and the working group. However, Ms. Le Thi Hue, who was then the Vice Principal in charge, called a teacher and said that she was a "call girl".

In her explanation, Ms. Hue said that at that time, she held the position of Vice Principal of the school and was responsible for general operations. However, she did not receive any instructions or notices about the food safety inspection team.

Ms. Hue also explained that at that time, the Covid-19 pandemic was complicated, the school had students in the F2 category and teachers in the F3 category. She did not know that the teachers were entertaining guests.

Thinking about the risk that if an incident happened, she would be the first person to take responsibility, so when talking to the teacher, she was a bit upset and used inappropriate words. She herself also realized her shortcomings in this situation.

Afterwards, the Trung Son Commune Party Committee invited Ms. Hue and the teacher involved to the commune office for reconciliation.

After receiving the information, the Departmentof Education and Training sent a document requesting the People's Committee of Quan Hoa district to verify.

Through verification, the authorities determined that Ms. Hue's statement was substandard and violated the professional ethics of a teacher.
