The Party Committee consists of 15 subordinate Party cells with 172 Party members. This is the first Congress, marking a turning point in the work of building the Party organization in the system of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province.
With the theme: "Enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee; consolidating and promoting the great national unity bloc; enhancing the position and role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the new period" , the Congress set out the direction for building a clean and strong Party Committee in all aspects, associated with studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh.
Building a contingent of cadres and party members with revolutionary ethics, intelligence, responsibility, vanguard and exemplary qualities in performing tasks; continuing to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and lifestyle in association with consolidating and promoting the great solidarity bloc of ethnic groups; enhancing the position and role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to meet the requirements and tasks in the new revolutionary period...
The Congress identified 7 groups of key tasks and solutions, aiming for 9 specific targets. Notable ones include: 100% of party members studying annual directives and resolutions; 100% of grassroots party committee members receiving professional training; striving to admit 2 or more party members per term; over 95% of party members and grassroots party organizations completing their tasks well.
At the Congress, the Decision to appoint the 1st Party Executive Committee consisting of 12 comrades was announced; Comrade Sung A Ho - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held the position of Party Secretary. At the same time, the Inspection Committee consisting of 5 comrades and 43 delegates was appointed to attend the 1st Provincial Congress of Delegates of Provincial Agencies, term 2025-2030.
The Congress unanimously passed the Resolution, demonstrating the determination to build a strong Party organization and promote the role of the Front in the new period.
