Except for some banks that only apply special interest rates to customers depositing hundreds of billions of VND or more, many banks still list interest rates for ordinary customers at 6%/year.
According to statistics on current bank interest rates, HDBank is listing an interest rate at the counter of 6%/year for 18-month and 15-month deposits.
The highest interest rate for ordinary customers listed by HDBank is 6.1%/year when making online savings deposits for an 18-month term.
Meanwhile, the bank interest rate announced by Bac A Bank for deposit accounts from 1 billion VND is 6%/year, term 18-36 months.
The highest savings interest rate when depositing money at Eximbank is 6%/year. This rate is applied both at the counter and online, for priority customers (Infinite class, Combo Casa fee 11 million VND/year), term 18-36 months.
In addition to the regular deposit interest rates, National Citizen Bank (NCB) also lists interest rates for Phat Loc deposit certificates with the highest interest rate of up to 6.3%/year, for terms of 24 and 84 months.
Vikki Digital Bank is also one of the banks listing a deposit interest rate of 6%/year for customers making online savings deposits for a term of 13 months or more.
In addition to the above banks, Cake by VPBank Digital Bank lists a savings interest rate of 6%/year for terms of 12-18 months and 24-36 months.
BVBank also listed a savings interest rate of 6%/year for a 48-month term and the highest savings interest rate of 6.1%/year for a 60-month term.
Viet A Bank announced the highest interest rates of 6.3%, 6.4% and 6.8%/year for the products Dac Loc Savings, Dac Loi Savings and Dac Tai Savings, respectively.
In addition, some banks also list special interest rates, but the accompanying conditions are quite strict, so not all customers can access them.
In particular, ABBank listed a special interest rate of up to 9.65%/year for 13-month term deposits, the highest interest rate on the market today. The condition to enjoy this special interest rate is that customers have a deposit balance of VND 1,500 billion or more.
Meanwhile, PVcomBank announced the highest savings interest rate of up to 9% for 12 and 13 month terms with a minimum deposit of VND2,000 billion.
The special interest rate stipulated at HDBank is 7.7%/year for a 12-month term and 8.1%/year for a 13-month term. The condition to enjoy the highest deposit interest rate at HDBank is a minimum deposit balance of VND 500 billion.
At Vikki Bank, the highest bank interest rate is up to 7.5%/year for terms of 13 months or more, with a minimum deposit of VND 999 billion.
ACB Bank announced a special interest rate of 6%/year for a 13-month term, applied to savings of VND200 billion or more and interest paid at the end of the term.
