The "100 Flavors - Michelin - Starred Chef" Culinary Week will take place from November 23-30 in Ho Chi Minh City and Hue City. The program takes place within the framework of "National Tourism Year 2025".
During the Event Week, for the first time, 13 Michelin chefs from countries such as Italy, France, the Netherlands, Greece, Germany... will gather in Vietnam to participate in special cultural and culinary activities.
On November 26, in Ho Chi Minh City, a banquet will take place, a ceremony to honor contemporary high-class cuisine. On November 28, in Hue City, the "Royal Banquet" will be recreated with the pinnacle of culinary heritage and the quintessence of famous royal court music, creating a quintessence passed down through generations, affirming the diversity and depth of Vietnamese culinary culture on the international map.
The program is considered not only a culinary event, but also the opening mark for the journey to bring the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine to the world.
It is known that the entire journey will also be recorded and broadcast in the near future, promising to bring to the audience nationwide a vivid picture of the journey to honor Vietnamese cuisine on the world map.
