Attending the ceremony of putting up the nameplate of Bao Ly-Xuan Phuong industrial cluster; Hanh Phuc-Xuan Phuong industrial cluster; the connecting road connecting Thai Nguyen-Bac Ninh-Phu Tho provinces; Ring Road 5- Hanoi Capital Region section through Thai Nguyen province; the road connecting DT.261-DT.266 to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, comrade Nguyen Dang Binh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council praised the efforts of relevant agencies, units and localities.
“These are projects built from the resources of the State, the province and enterprises, not only to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress, but also to demonstrate the efforts of all levels, sectors, investors, staff, workers and people joining hands to build Thai Nguyen to develop more and more. These projects have a wide influence on the economy and society now and in the coming years,” said comrade Nguyen Dang Binh.
Bao Ly-Xuan Phuong Industrial Cluster with an infrastructure investment capital of more than 300 billion VND invested by Viet Cuong Construction Concrete Company Limited has been completed ahead of schedule, and has so far attracted 5 secondary investors with a total registered capital of more than 3,400 billion VND. Hanh Phuc-Xuan Phuong Industrial Cluster with an area of 73.88 hectares, a total investment of nearly 995 billion VND, has basically completed infrastructure construction and attracted 13 investors with a total registered capital of more than 7,000 billion VND.
The connecting route connecting Thai Nguyen-Bac Ninh-Phu Tho provinces has a total investment of more than 4,200 billion VND, 42.5 km long, and was technically opened to traffic on August 19. The Ring Road 5 - Hanoi Capital Region section through Thai Nguyen province is more than 18 km long, with a total investment of nearly 1,784 billion VND, and has been completed. These two routes have been put into use, creating a large space to attract investment in industrial, urban, tourism and service development on both sides of the road, promoting socio-economic development in the south of the province.
Projects with foreign direct investment (FDI) capital were also selected by Thai Nguyen to have a welcome sign for the Provincial Party Congress. A typical example is the PVC floor panel production project of AUSDA Floor Panel Technology Limited Company (in Song Cong II Industrial Park) with modern technology, specializing in producing high-quality PVC floor panels for export to the markets of the US, Europe, Australia, Canada, and Japan.
The installation of the PVC Flooring Panel Production Project to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress demonstrates Thai Nguyen's importance in attracting FDI capital, integration, and international cooperation. In the 2025-2030 term, with a favorable investment environment, Thai Nguyen province expects FDI investors to bring large resources, modern technology, green production, advanced management, and attract supporting enterprises to contribute to the development of the local economy and society.
Another project with widespread significance is the Prime Twin Towers, a complex of Housing-Hotel-Commercial Center in the center of Thai Nguyen urban area, which was chosen to have a signboard welcoming the 1st Provincial Party Congress. The Prime Twin Towers with two buildings of 25 and 17 floors are designed in a modern, harmonious space, contributing to beautifying and elevating Thai Nguyen urban area, solving the needs of housing, high-class hotels, offices for rent, restaurants, services, contributing to the development of trade, tourism and services in the area.
Some medical facilities were also given welcome signs for the Congress, typically the Ngan Son Medical Center which came into operation to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health in the area, which is mainly ethnic minorities, with economic and social difficulties. The project has a total area of over 28,000 m2, a scale of 70 beds, and a total investment of nearly 138 billion VND.
The Dai Thang Residential Area Social Housing Project has a scale of more than 8,400m2, including an 18-storey apartment building with 361 apartments and 34 low-rise apartments, a total of 395 apartments, with a total investment of nearly 300 billion VND, completed ahead of schedule, handing over houses to workers and low-income people. By putting up a signboard to welcome the Provincial Party Congress, Thai Nguyen affirmed that it will develop social housing in the coming years to solve accommodation for workers and promote human resource attraction.
The typical works in the selected fields with welcome signs for the 1st Provincial Party Congress demonstrate the efforts of the Party Committee, government, businesses and people of all ethnic groups in Thai Nguyen in the 2020-2025 term, have great socio-economic significance and have a spreading effect, contributing to rapid and sustainable socio-economic development in the coming years.
