Attending the seminar were leaders and commanders of agencies and units along with many young cadres at 3 connection points in Command 86.

In his opening speech, Major General Pham Quoc Hoa emphasized that love and the meaning of life always go hand in hand in every person's life. For young officers, it is not only a personal feeling, but also a motivation to strive, mature and contribute. The host hoped that the young officers attending the discussion would share deeply so that leaders and commanders at all levels could grasp and promptly resolve difficulties and concerns in life and work.

Over the past 13 years of construction and development, Command 86 has grown steadily, successfully completing many strategic tasks in cyber security protection and national defense digital transformation. Contributing significantly to that success are the sense of responsibility, creativity and positive outlook of the young staff.

The discussion had 9 comments from young cadres working at many centers, research institutes and agencies in the Command. The discussion revolved around very practical questions: How to balance between duty and love? What is the most important value in marriage? What is needed to build a happy family amidst the pressures of work?

Major Dao Van Tuan, Assistant of Information Security System Department, Institute 486, spoke.

The responsible sharing at the seminar showed that young cadres in Command 86 not only have professional qualifications and skills, but also always worry about their roles as husbands, wives, fathers, and mothers, roles that seem ordinary but are full of pressure in the special environment of the army.

In particular, with 125 families where both husband and wife are soldiers, of which 35 couples work at the Command, the problem of balancing ideals and private life is of deep concern.

Captain Nguyen The Cong, Deputy Captain of Team 3, Cluster 11, Center 186 spoke.

Many young cadres have boldly offered suggestions, from housing support policies, raising special allowances, to arranging favorable work for young cadres who have families, especially those over 30 years old who are not married. All of them want to build a warm home, a solid rear to work with peace of mind, and stay with the unit for a long time.

Concluding the discussion, Major General Pham Quoc Hoa and the leaders of the Command directly answered many questions raised. The comrade chairing the discussion praised the spirit of openness and responsibility of the young cadres, and emphasized that Party committees and commanders at all levels need to continue to create a favorable environment for young cadres to develop comprehensively; suggested that each soldier needs to be deeply aware of their responsibility to themselves, their families and their units, turning love and life into motivation for dedication. In the digital age and complex social changes, the requirements for soldiers are getting higher, but sincere love and positive life will be the foundation to help each young cadre become more steadfast, more responsible and more dedicated.
