Reading books has helped students develop creativity in art.
In order to foster a love of books, every year San Thang Primary School actively responds to the development of reading culture, building a widespread reading movement in the school through book introduction activities at the flag-raising ceremonies at the beginning of the week, class activities, library reading sessions, organizing competitions, and Book Festivals to attract students to participate.
Teacher Nguyen Thi Minh Nguyet - Principal of the school said: To spread and attract students to read books, the school has created a reading schedule in the library for each class on weekdays. In addition, students can also read books during recess and after school. The knowledge in books is extremely large and useful, not only helping students to relax after stressful hours of studying, but books are also friends and teachers who guide them towards their future dreams.
With the goal of building a learning society, San Thang Wings Library not only serves students in the school but also welcomes parents and local people to read books. Mr. Hoang Ngoc Bay, whose child is in class 3A2 - San Thang Primary School, shared: Every afternoon when I go to school to pick up my child, I often stay to read books with him. I see that the school's library space is arranged with equipment, scientific books and stories, reasonably, with full reading tables, bookcases, book charts, and stories to help readers find them easily. In particular, readers can borrow books to read at the library or take them home to meet the reading time needs of parents. I also regularly read books at the school library, through which I also improve my knowledge.
The school board rewarded the teams with high achievements in the Drawing Contest, creating pictures according to books.
