The closing art program of the 2025 Lotus Village Festival

On the evening of May 19, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee coordinated with Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to organize a special art program " Ho Chi Minh - He is the belief in certain victory" to close the 2025 Sen Village Festival on a national scale.

This is a cultural festival honoring the humanistic and progressive ideological values of President Ho Chi Minh that will be passed on to future generations.

The art program was directly directed and developed by the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of many famous artists and hundreds of professional and non-professional actors from Ho Chi Minh City and the Traditional Arts Center of Nghe An province, depicting the revolutionary path of the most outstanding son of the Vietnamese nation.

The program consists of three parts: "Ho Chi Minh - The path of the century he took"; "Ho Chi Minh - He is the belief in certain victory" and "Vietnam - Oh my Fatherland".

Through the images, displayed relics and songs written about Uncle Ho, the audience can see more clearly the literary space of Sen Village - the land that gave birth to, nurtured and shaped his personality during his youth.

Taking place from May 4 to 19, the 2025 Sen Village Festival is a series of solemn activities to return to the source: flower and incense offering ceremonies at the Kim Lien National Special Historical Relic Site and Chung Son Temple, with the participation of General Secretary To Lam and many leaders of the Party and State.

At Lang Sen Stadium on May 15, the opening ceremony took place with an art program themed “Monument in millions of hearts” combined with the inauguration event of the statue “Uncle Ho visits his hometown”. The program brought a lively art space, expressing the sacred and deep feelings of the people celebrating the birthday of beloved Uncle Ho.

The 2025 Lotus Village Festival also organizes many typical cultural and artistic events: The mass art performance "National Lotus Village Singing" with the participation of 30 mass art troupes, with more than 1,000 artists, actors, and artisans;

The exhibition "Ho Chi Minh - the most beautiful name" with the participation of many museums, units and 15 provinces and cities across the country;

The photo exhibition “ASEAN Countries and People” displays 200 artistic photos selected through competitions by photographers from ASEAN countries;

Film week about Uncle Ho and exchange with film artists and film crews about Uncle Ho;

Notable sports activities include the 29th National Wrestling Championship; Marathon "Journey following Uncle Ho's footsteps - For national security".

This year, there will be an additional special activity, the Flag-Salute Ceremony and the Flying of the National Flag, covering an area of 2,025 square meters, taking place on the morning of May 19 at Ho Chi Minh Square.
