On May 31, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of National Defense chaired a working delegation of the Ministry of National Defense to visit and work at Army Corps 3.

Visiting and grasping the actual situation at Artillery Regiment 4 (Division 10), Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San highly appreciated the spirit of solidarity and overcoming difficulties of the officers and soldiers of the Regiment and the unit, which has thoroughly grasped, deployed and strictly implemented Resolution 1659-NQ/QUTW dated December 20, 2022 of the Central Military Commission on improving the quality of training in the period 2023 - 2030 and the following years. At the same time, he requested the unit to comprehensively deploy all aspects of work, do a good job of mass mobilization work, proactively coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to resolve land funds and project planning sites on schedule and in accordance with the law; stabilize the organization and staffing, firmly grasp and closely manage the ideological situation of the troops, ensure adequate numbers of troops, weapons, equipment and means for the missions.

Working with the 3rd Corps Command and the leaders and commanders of Division 10, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San - Deputy Minister of National Defense requested the 3rd Corps to continue to lead and direct the unit to perform well the training task for the subjects according to the plan, with full content and time; focus on training and proficient use of newly assigned weapons and equipment; organize drills at all levels with good results; promptly and synchronously deploy all aspects of logistics work according to the orders of the Ministry of National Defense, ensuring adequate facilities for the forces to perform the task; promote the work of increasing production, raising livestock, production, improving the lives of soldiers; promote the effectiveness of basic construction investment, completed projects and works that have been handed over for use.
