Through the tour, the delegation of officials and leaders of Ha Tinh approached and learned new models in construction, management and wastewater treatment, most of which have not been tested in Vietnam.

In addition, the landscape and nature-based solutions in Brussels city in dealing with the stormwater system are highly practical and environmentally friendly models, helping the Ha Tinh delegation accumulate certain experiences in building climate change-adaptive and environmentally friendly infrastructure.
On this occasion, the delegation also visited the headquarters of the French Development Agency (AFD) in Paris. Here, the provincial leaders affirmed that in recent times, Ha Tinh has received very active support from AFD in promoting the implementation of projects.
