(QNO) - This morning, June 1, Nong Son district leaders attended the oath-taking ceremony for new soldiers at Regiment 142, Division 315 in Chu Lai (Nui Thanh) and visited new soldiers (young people of the district) being trained here.
After more than 3 months of enlistment, 42 new soldiers of Nong Son feel secure, united, help each other overcome difficulties, adapt to the military environment, strive to study, practice, and complete training content.
District leaders hope that new soldiers will continue to promote local traditions, actively study, train, and strictly follow military regulations and discipline, worthy of the trust of local authorities, families, and relatives.
After the oath-taking ceremony for new soldiers at Regiment 142, 42 new soldiers of Nong Son district participated in military training and political education at Engineering Brigade 270 - Military Region 5.
On this occasion, the leaders of Nong Son district thanked Regiment 142 for creating favorable conditions to help soldiers successfully complete their new soldier training period; presented souvenirs to Regiment 142, and presented 42 gifts to new soldiers.
On the same day, district leaders also attended the oath-taking ceremony of new soldiers at Regiment 885, Provincial Military Command.
