On behalf of Kawasaki Heavy Industries Group, receiving the delegation of Long An province's leaders were Mr. Minami - Director of Business Executive Board; Mr. Torii - Senior Staff; Mr. Komatsu - Senior Staff; Ms. Miho Nishida - Chief Representative of Kawasaki in Ho Chi Minh City.

On the afternoon of October 8, the delegation visited Kawasaki Heavy Industries Corporation. At the presentation, Kawasaki experts said that in addition to Kawasaki branded machinery and equipment that have a reputation in the market, they are currently considering changing the emission reduction target to match the government 's statement, in which the solution to reduce CO2 emissions is to switch from fossil fuels to electric power, and at the same time develop technology to produce electricity without CO2 emissions.

According to Japanese energy experts, one advantage of liquefied hydrogen energy is that hydrogen fuel exists as a secondary energy, not available in nature, but can be produced from many different primary energy sources, hydrogen fuel can be produced in places where coal and natural gas are available. Japan's main source of hydrogen energy will come from imported sources, and Japan has also begun to build a global supply chain to ensure its future hydrogen energy needs.

Provincial leaders and departments attended the reception and working session with Kawasaki Heavy Industries Corporation.

Environmentally friendly technologies such as CO2 recycling technology or Hydrogen energy technology are contributing to Japan's goal of reducing emissions that the country has committed to the international community.
