Provincial leaders visited the Martyrs' Cemetery on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the morning of July 23, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province held a wreath-laying ceremony and offered incense at the provincial Martyrs' Cemetery in Nghia Giang commune.

Attending the ceremony were Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Thi Quynh Van; Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of U Huan province; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Duc Tuy; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Hong Minh; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches, organizations; provincial armed forces and union members and youth.

In a solemn atmosphere, delegates respectfully offered flowers, incense and observed a moment of silence before the Monument of the Fatherland to commemorate the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification. The noble sacrifice of the heroic martyrs has created heroic and indomitable feats; is the pride of the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people, contributing to educating the tradition of indomitable struggle for today's and future generations.

Today, the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Ngai province continue to promote the revolutionary, heroic and united tradition, strive to overcome difficulties and challenges, strive to successfully achieve development goals, build the province to be increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized, and the people's lives to be increasingly prosperous and happy.

After the incense offering ceremony, the provincial leaders respectfully burned incense at the graves of heroic martyrs, expressing deep gratitude to the outstanding sons who devoted their whole lives to the Fatherland.
