Provincial leaders visit the provincial Martyrs Cemetery

(Baoquangngai.vn) - Before the souls of the heroic martyrs, Central Party Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary Bui Thi Quynh Van, along with provincial leaders and delegates, observed a minute of silence to commemorate and pay tribute to the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025), on the morning of August 15, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province held a ceremony to visit the provincial Martyrs' Cemetery in Nghia Giang commune, to commemorate and pay tribute to the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

Attending the funeral were Party Central Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary Bui Thi Quynh Van; Deputy Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang; Deputy Provincial Party Secretary Dinh Thi Hong Minh; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial Police; leaders of departments, branches, unions, armed forces and leaders of Nghia Giang commune...

In a solemn atmosphere, provincial leaders and delegates respectfully laid wreaths with the words "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs" and offered incense at the Monument of the Fatherland in honor of the heroic martyrs at the provincial Martyrs Cemetery.


Delegates observed a minute of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs.

Before the heroic martyrs, Central Party Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary Bui Thi Quynh Van, provincial leaders and delegates solemnly observed a minute of silence to express gratitude and commemorate the great contributions of the martyrs who fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

Remembering the merits of fallen heroes and martyrs, today's generation continues to promote the revolutionary tradition, care for and better care for the material and spiritual life of those who have contributed to the revolution, uphold the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", "Repay gratitude", determined to successfully achieve economic and social development targets, contributing to building an increasingly developed homeland.

Immediately after the flower and incense offering ceremony at the Memorial, delegates respectfully burned incense on each martyr's grave at the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery.
