Provincial People's Committee leaders inspect preparations for the Tree Planting Festival Launching Ceremony in Chi Lang district

Comrade Luong Trong Quynh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, inspected the tree planting area at Chi Lang Temple.

– On the morning of February 2, Comrade Luong Trong Quynh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, together with relevant departments and branches, inspected the preparations for the launching ceremony of "Tet tree planting to forever remember Uncle Ho" Spring Giap Thin 2024 in Chi Lang district.

According to the plan, the launching ceremony of "Tet tree planting to forever remember Uncle Ho" in the Spring of Giap Thin 2024 will be held at Chi Lang Temple, Chi Lang Commune, Chi Lang District. It is expected that at the launching ceremony, delegates will plant 3,278 trees of all kinds, some of the main types of trees planted are: Bodhi, Barringtonia, Laurel, Wallflower...

To carry out the spring campaign, the District People's Committee has developed a plan, established an Organizing Committee, and assigned agencies to carry out tasks and duties. Up to now, the District People's Committee has completed the site preparation, construction of maps, tree planting locations, digging holes, and preparation of seedlings, basically ensuring the set progress. Along with that, the District People's Committee has also developed a plan to organize traffic into the tree planting area such as: Repairing roads, traffic diversion, placing warning signs, and arranging functional forces at key locations to guide delegates into the tree planting area.

During the inspection, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the District People's Committee and related units to review the work and complete the remaining work as soon as possible. In particular, ensure smooth traffic access to the Chi Lang Temple area; the authorities need to ensure good security, order, and traffic safety...

At the same time, the district needs to conduct environmental sanitation in the Chi Lang Temple area. Relevant agencies and units continue to proactively speed up the progress of assigned work, ensuring timely and on-schedule implementation so that the Tree Planting Festival Launch Ceremony takes place smoothly and safely.
