The delegation included leaders of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone Management Board; Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion; and leaders of Binh Gia commune.
During the program, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Tran Van Duong (born in 1954), a war invalid with a 61% body injury rate, residing in block 6A, and Mr. Hoang Van Luong (born in 1938), a war invalid with a 21% body injury rate, residing in block Ngoc Quyen.
At the two families, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee kindly inquired about the health and living conditions of the wounded and sick soldiers and expressed his deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of the wounded and sick soldiers in the cause of national liberation and reunification. He expressed his wish that the families continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, overcome difficulties, build increasingly prosperous and happy families, always be a shining example, educate the younger generation to study, practice, and build the homeland and country to become more and more prosperous and civilized.
