Officials and people of Yen Binh commune are excited and proud.
At exactly 8:00 a.m. on June 30, in the atmosphere of the whole province, at the online bridge point of Yen Binh commune, officials and people solemnly attended the ceremony to announce the resolutions and decisions of the Central and the province on merging administrative units at the provincial and communal levels.
The ceremony at Yen Binh bridge took place in a solemn and exciting atmosphere, expressing the pride and great expectations of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in the area.
Yen Binh commune was established on the basis of merging the communes: Tan Huong, Dai Dong, Thinh Hung and Yen Binh town (belonging to Yen Binh district), becoming a commune with a large natural area of 150.83 km². Currently, the whole commune has 35 villages with 7,584 households living.

From early morning, the hall of the People's Committee of Yen Binh commune was carefully prepared with flags, flowers and slogans welcoming the event. Delegates and a large number of people in neat costumes were present, their faces shining with joy and anticipation. The large screen system, sound and transmission lines connecting to the central bridge of the province were guaranteed to be smooth, ready for a historic event.

The atmosphere became especially emotional during the sacred Flag Salute Ceremony. Afterwards, each speech by the Central and Provincial leaders and the content of the announced decisions were listened to attentively by the people. The moment the historic decision on the establishment of the province was announced, the entire hall burst into warm and prolonged applause. It was the applause of pride, of faith and hope in a new stage of development.

As a citizen of the commune, Mr. Hoang Quang Hoi in village 5 expressed his excitement and joy at the changes taking place in the country and his homeland. He hopes that, after today's decision, the leadership of all levels of government will be better and people will be more convenient in many areas, especially administrative procedures. Referring to the merger of administrative units to establish the new Yen Binh commune, Mr. Hoi believes that this will help promote the advantages of the locality, especially in tourism and exploitation of available resources such as forests and water surfaces...
Representing the younger generation, Mr. Trinh Dinh Phong, Secretary of the Youth Union of Yen Binh commune, also affirmed that with an open spirit and enthusiasm, the youth of Yen Binh commune are ready to welcome and participate in the process of merging local governments. The young members wish to promote their role and voice. The younger generation expects the local government, especially the commune level, to pay more attention and direct the digital transformation work, as well as develop new areas suitable to the needs of the youth.
"We hope that the local government will have specific projects and plans to support youth union members in economic development and digital transformation," said Mr. Phong. Regarding the commune's Youth Union, he said the immediate plan is to restructure and stabilize the organization to lead the union members.
Speaking about the local orientation, Mr. Nguyen Duy Khiem, Chairman of Yen Binh Commune People's Committee emphasized: "The event of merging the province is a historical milestone, creating new momentum for Yen Binh. This is an important basis for the commune to reorient its development goals in line with the province's general strategy, opening up great opportunities in attracting investment, developing infrastructure and improving the material and spiritual life of the people".
Mr. Khiem said that immediately after the ceremony, the Party Committee and the commune government will quickly stabilize the organization and immediately start building a specific action program, focusing on exploiting the available potentials and advantages in tourism and forestry; promoting digital transformation; strongly reforming administrative procedures, creating the most favorable environment for people and businesses. The ultimate goal is to build Yen Binh to develop comprehensively and strongly, contributing to the common prosperity of the province."
The ceremony at Yen Binh commune bridge ended successfully, leaving many deep emotions in the hearts of each citizen. The online broadcast to the commune level is not only a technological solution but also demonstrates the will of "unanimity from top to bottom", connecting the Party's will with the people's will.
Trust in the new commune of Tang Loong
On the morning of June 30, the Tang Loong commune hall was packed with officials, party members and a large number of people attending the ceremony announcing the decision to establish a new commune. Colorful flags, cheerful voices and laughter, along with handshakes and friendly smiles between the people of the two old administrative units (Phu Nhuan commune and Tang Loong town) - brought an atmosphere of excitement, solidarity and expectation.

With an area of over 125 km² and a population of nearly 20,000 people, Tang Loong commune is identified as the center for industrial - agricultural, commercial - service development of the province. In the joy of receiving the decision to establish the commune, many people expressed their greatest expectation of being able to access public services and administrative procedures right at the locality faster and more conveniently.
Ms. Dang Thi Luu in Khe Ba village, Tang Loong commune shared: I hope the newly merged commune will create favorable conditions for people to access and complete administrative procedures faster.
Ms. Vu Thi Hanh, Secretary of the Party Cell of Residential Group 5, Tang Loong Commune, emotionally said: We are very happy and confident. The government is increasingly paying attention to the people, from roads, healthcare, schools to living environment. People will be more united to build a new homeland.

The establishment of the new Tang Loong commune not only consolidates the organizational apparatus in a streamlined, effective and efficient direction, but also opens up great opportunities for the locality to maximize the potential and advantages of the province's industrial and agricultural center.

Mr. Le Trung Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tang Loong Commune, said: We identify administrative reform and serving the people as the key tasks. Immediately after the announcement ceremony, the government apparatus was put into full operation, especially the one-stop department was arranged in the most convenient location, with specialized staff on duty every day to receive and handle people's documents.
On the first day, the trust and excitement were evident on the faces of the cadres and people of Tang Loong commune as a hopeful start for a new journey that is more convenient, more civilized, and more modern.
Border people will continue to write new history
On the morning of June 30, the four communes of Ban Lau, Muong Khuong, Cao Son, and Pha Long were bustling with excitement as they witnessed the announcement of the decisions to establish new provincial and commune-level administrative units on television.
According to the policy, 16 commune-level administrative units of Muong Khuong district (including 15 communes and 1 town) are arranged to establish 4 new commune-level administrative units, including: Muong Khuong, Pha Long, Ban Lau, Cao Son.

Previously, Muong Khuong district also proposed a plan to arrange and set up working headquarters, and at the same time implemented solutions to manage and use headquarters, equipment, assets, and related finances after establishing new communes and ending the operation of district-level administrative units.
The merger of communes has been implemented synchronously and effectively and has received widespread support from officials, party members and people. This is an important step to meet the needs of population management, in line with the long-term development orientation. The new communes were established on the basis of administrative boundary adjustment, ensuring convenience in state management, infrastructure development and people's lives.
The merged commune governments quickly stabilized their organizations and arranged their staff appropriately. Public service and administrative activities continued smoothly, serving the people continuously and without interruption.

Mr. To Viet Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ban Lau commune shared: With the highest political determination, we will soon stabilize the organization and apparatus, assign specific tasks to departments, offices, and units, and at the same time encourage cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, and the people of Ban Lau commune to unite and perform well the political tasks assigned by the Party and the State.

Ms. Sung Seng in Ma Cai Thang village, La Pan Tan commune (old) attended the announcement ceremony at Cao Son commune People's Committee and smiled happily: "Now I am a resident of Cao Son commune. New commune, new name but still my hometown in the highlands, I hope that the commune will develop more and more to make people's lives more prosperous".
