Lao Cai cooperates to promote local tourism in Shanghai

From August 15 to 17, in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province (China), the Consulate General of Vietnam in Shanghai and the Vietnam Trade Promotion Office in Hangzhou jointly organized the Vietnam Tourism Pavilion within the framework of the 7th Grand Canal Culture and Tourism Exhibition. Lao Cai tourism promotion publications will be present at this event.

The event is hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China, in coordination with the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Culture and Tourism Department of Jiangsu Province, and departments of Suzhou City.

The activity aims to promote the image, potential and tourism products of Vietnam in general and Lao Cai in particular to the international tourist market, especially China.

Participating in the event, the tourism industry of Lao Cai province coordinated with the Trade Promotion Office in Hangzhou, localities and Vietnamese travel businesses to send documents, publications, and design images to display and introduce at the booth.

The Grand Canal Culture and Tourism Exhibition is an annual event, gathering many activities to introduce cultural, creative and tourism products, creating opportunities for exchange, cooperation and market expansion between localities and international businesses.
