From discovering knowledge in a fun way…
For students at 6 universities in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi , Laurier Unitour designed a workshop on menstrual health as a lively exploration with interesting and easy-to-understand knowledge.
Students excitedly checked in at Laurier Unitour booth "Red light on - Confidence not off"
In the first part of the program, students will learn about the menstrual cycle with scientific information. Next, experts will explain the effects of hormones, as well as guide how to keep the spirit and mood stable during the cycle.
In the third part, students will hear about tips on eating and exercising to help women get through their menstrual cycle smoothly. The most exciting part of the workshop was when misconceptions about menstruation were debunked, through a question-and-answer session with experts and doctors.
At the end of the journey, the workshop helped students understand that menstruation is not something to worry about, but a sign that the body is healthy and functioning properly. When girls know how to listen to their bodies and love themselves every day, they will feel more proactive and confident in all their daily activities.
Arms raised to participate in sharing and asking questions at the program
Through each content station, scientific knowledge has been "translated" into the language of young people to make it easier to understand and more interesting. In addition, familiar and humorous stories from real life are also shared, so that students feel sympathetic and no longer hesitate to talk about menstrual health care.
…to join in the exciting and inspiring moment
With Laurier Unitour, students learn not only by listening to information, but also by directly participating in activities such as Q&A and quizzes, to understand better and remember longer.
Students enthusiastically participate in activities in the program.
During the learning-while-playing journey, doctors from the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control and the Institute of Preventive Medicine and Public Health in Hanoi, along with psychologist Dr. To Nhi A, successfully "turned off" hesitations and encouraged Gen Z to share more questions about menstrual health for doctors and experts to answer.
