From November 1, 2025, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province officially started collecting opinions from members of the Provincial People's Committee on the Paperless Meeting Room System. The Paperless Meeting Room System is an electronic platform serving the online management and operations of state agencies, operating at https://phkg.quangngai.gov.vn and on mobile applications. The system allows document preparation, meeting management, and online consultation on matters under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee.

According to the plan, the Provincial People's Committee Office is responsible for synthesizing and reporting the results of the consultation on the system. The Information and Information Technology Center guides the installation and operation, ensuring the system operates synchronously, safely and securely.
