Diep Quang Center for Supporting the Development of Inclusive Education is a place to help people with disabilities, specializing in caring for, educating, and treating children with developmental disorders, difficulties in language, behavior, and cognition, founded by the couple Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Khuyen and Le Minh Dao (Cho Moi Medical Center).
Former Secretary of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Khanh presented a portrait of late Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet to the center.
In the 2025 school year, the center has 40 students entering the new school year to study, play, and access practical knowledge. With the fundamental orientation of "Respect - Understanding - Love" in inclusive education, the center not only focuses on teaching knowledge, but also cares about developing life skills, helping students confidently integrate into the community.
At the same time, vocational guidance is provided to students after completing the basic intervention phase, helping them to participate in labor, become partially independent, or support their families; connecting inclusive education with the socio-economic model through Diep Quang Farm.
Ms. Huynh Thi Ri and Mr. Vo Van Tang presented support to the center on the opening day.
Over the past 5 years, the center has made constant efforts to become a second home for students with special circumstances. From 2020 to now, the center has received 30-40 students each year, and to date, 175 students have been nurtured and studied here.
During class.
Children perform with teachers on the opening day of school.
As a result, 25% of students have developed and integrated into the community; 30% of students have developed self-service skills; 30% of students have developed language skills... showing that early intervention efforts and accompanying families have brought positive results. Many students, although not fully integrated, have still achieved significant progress in self-service skills and language development, contributing to improving the quality of life.
On this occasion, Ms. Huynh Thi Ri, GIS International School and Mr. Vo Van Tang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Binh Duc People's Credit Fund presented the center with 5 million VND in support.
