The SHAPE 2026 awards ceremony will take place on May 30th.

The competition is open to students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities or groups of students (maximum 5 people, with at least 50% being students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities).

The SHAPE 2026 startup idea competition is an activity organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH), Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, to seek startup ideas and social innovations, promote action-oriented thinking, and transform in-depth understanding of society and people into practical startup solutions, contributing to building a sustainable future.

The competition is open to students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities or groups of students (maximum 5 people, with at least 50% being students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities).

Students can register multiple projects or ideas. The competition consists of three rounds: the preliminary round (from now until May 10th to select the 10 best ideas); the semi-final round (May 16th, presenting ideas and receiving direct feedback from the judging panel); and the final round (May 23rd, presenting ideas).

The awards ceremony will take place on May 30th at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Linh Xuan Ward campus, Ho Chi Minh City) to find the winners of 1st prize, 2nd prize, 3rd prize, and 1 Community Project award.

In addition, 10 outstanding ideas/projects will participate in promoting their products/services at the Startup space within the framework of the “USSH Job Fair” in 2026.
