Schedule for announcing benchmark scores for grade 10 admission in 2024-2025 in Bac Ninh

In 2024, Bac Ninh candidates entering grade 10 of non-specialized public high schools will take exams in 3 subjects: Math, Literature (coefficient 2) and English (coefficient 1). Of which, Math consists of 2 parts (essay and multiple choice); Literature is an essay test; English is a multiple choice test; specialized subjects are essay tests.

In the 2023-2024 school year, Bac Ninh province has 16,326 candidates registered to take the entrance exam to 23 public high schools. Compared to the 13,695 targets, this year's exam will eliminate more than 2,600 candidates, the admission rate compared to the total number of candidates registered to take the exam is 84%.

According to the leader of the Department of Education and Training, the expected benchmark scores for grade 10 admission in Bac Ninh in 2024 will be available a few days after the announcement of the grade 10 entrance exam scores.

According to the official dispatch guiding grade 10 enrollment of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh in the 2024-2025 school year, on June 16, 2024, the exam results were announced.

From June 16, 2024 to June 21, 2024: Schools accept appeal applications.

June 22, 2024: Schools submit applications and lists of candidates for review to the Department of Education Quality Management, Department of Education and Training.

No later than June 25, 2024: Announcement of review results.

Normally, schools will "finalize" the benchmark scores after the review is completed. Therefore, the benchmark scores for grade 10 in Bac Ninh may be available after the final time that the Department of Education and Training and schools announce the review results.

Han Thuyen High School (Bac Ninh City) has the highest admission score with 37.76 points. Next are the high schools: Yen Phong No. 1 with 32.80 points; Hoang Quoc Viet (Bac Ninh City) with 31.40 points; Ly Thai To (Tu Son City) with 30.46 points; Nguyen Dang Dao (Tien Du District) with 30.40 points; Tien Du No. 1 with 30.00 points; Nguyen Van Cu (Tu Son City) with 29.70 points; Ngo Gia Tu (Tu Son City) with 28.60 points; Que Vo No. 2 with 28.50 points... 4 high schools have admission scores below 25 points, the lowest is Gia Binh No. 1 High School with 18.76 points. Next is Ham Long High School (Bac Ninh City) with 19.76 points; Que Vo No. 3 High School with 20.16 points; Luong Tai High School No. 2 is 21 points.
