The 71st Miss World contest held in India gathered more than 100 contestants. Huynh Nguyen Mai Phuong is considered a strong representative of Vietnam in this year's contest, with 2 years of preparation. However, the final night is approaching but Mai Phuong's achievements are still quite limited.
Accordingly, in the list of 23 contestants who will continue in the Talented Beauty contest, there is no Vietnamese representative.
This is a big regret because the beauty has a talent for singing, having won this award at Miss World Vietnam 2022. She also invested and prepared carefully for her performance at the Miss World 2023 competition. The beauty studied vocals with a teacher and created a new arrangement for the competition with producer DTAP.
Mai Phuong was also not among the 6 winners of the Multimedia Challenge. This was an additional challenge, not part of the annual activities of the competition. However, the winning contestant will have more opportunities to appear in the media as well as gain “plus points” in the journey to conquer the crown.
