On May 5, at Ao Tien Port (Van Don District), two Bai Tu Long Bay sightseeing ships named Crystal Holidays 991 and Crystal Holidays 992 were officially launched. The pair of ships are painted white like swans, with a capacity of 99 seats/ship.

These cruise ships are designed with panoramic glass systems for visitors to admire the scenery of Bai Tu Long Bay, and also have a buffet restaurant design.
In particular, these are the two newest cruise ships put into operation to serve tourists on Bai Tu Long Bay.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province, said that the operation of the two cruise ships shows the locality's determination to promote tourism itineraries on Bai Tu Long Bay, which have just been put into operation.

According to Mr. Dung, the opening of tours to Bai Tu Long Bay and the operation of tourist boats are important steps in Quang Ninh's sustainable tourism development strategy. Connecting destinations and building high-quality tourism products will attract international visitors while preserving and promoting the natural, historical and cultural values of the islands.
Previously, Quang Ninh province announced 10 itineraries on Bai Tu Long Bay to serve tourists departing from Ao Tien Port, including:
Route 1: Ao Tien Port - Tay Hoi Island - Lucky Cat Islet (Lazy Cat Islet) - Ban Sen Island - Nha Tro Cave.
Route 2: Ao Tien Port - Phat Co Cave - Pearl Farming Area (Black Rock Island) - Lao Vong Sluice - Du Island (Du Island) - Minh Chau Island.
Route 3: Ao Tien Port - Hon Xep Park
Route 4: Ao Tien Port - Lao Vong fishing village - Tra Ngo Lon island - Thien Nga island.
Route 5: Ao Tien Port - Cai De area - Mang Ha overnight anchorage.
Route 6: Ao Tien Port - Tra Than lagoon (Tra Ngo Lon island) - Cai Lim beach - Mang Ha overnight anchorage - Cai De area.
Route 7: Port, wharf (Cam Pha) - Luong Ngoc beach - Vung Duc - Ong Cu island - Reu island - Cua Ong.
Route 8: Port, wharf (Cam Pha) - Luong Ngoc beach - Vung Duc - Ong Cu island - Reu island - Cua Ong - Tay Hoi island - Sen village.
Route 9: Port, wharf (Cam Pha) - Cua Ong - Reu island - Ong Cu island - Duc lagoon - Luong Ngoc beach - Ngoc Vung island - Thang Loi island - Quan Lan island - Minh Chau island.
Route 10: Port, wharf (Cam Pha) - Duc lagoon - Hon Xep park.
