Revealing the big candidates in the 2025 ASEAN Police Open

TPO - CAND Vietnam I with the core of names such as Phi Minh Long, Huy Hung, Nguyen Van Dung... is expected to "make history" against opponents in the 2025 Open Police Tournament.

On the afternoon of July 6, a press conference was held in Hanoi to announce information about the 2025 ASEAN Police Football Tournament. The tournament will feature 8 teams, divided into 2 groups. Group A includes: Vietnam Police I, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia; Group B includes: Vietnam Police II, Australia, Singapore and East Timor.

The teams will compete in a round robin format, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the semi-finals and the two winners of the semi-finals advancing to the finals to compete for the championship. The tournament will take place from July 7-15 at Hang Day Stadium.

CAND Vietnam II with core players such as Phi Minh Long, Nguyen Huy Hung, Nguyen Van Dung... is expected to make history against regional opponents. Both home teams are highly determined.

The Thai police team brought a force consisting of players from the Thai police force, including former players of the Thai national team. Meanwhile, the Lao police team had the participation of many national players such as Viengkham, Phomvongsa...

Not only a friendly tournament, the 2025 ASEAN Police Football Tournament also strongly spreads the spirit of sportsmanship to the regional community. The teams not only compete for the pride of the force but also convey the message of peace, cooperation, respect and sharing.

The total prize value is up to 70,000 USD, the champion team receives 30,000 USD, the runner-up 20,000 USD and the third place 10,000 USD. The prize is sponsored by T&T Group and SHB Bank of Mr. Hien.
