Eye-catching performance of qigong and shooting by mobile police soldiers

(QNO) - Within the framework of the opening ceremony of the final round of the 2nd Military and Martial Arts Competition for direct combat forces in the People's Public Security - 2023, the Mobile Police force of the Ministry of Public Security performed qigong and shooting techniques in performing tasks, satisfying the audience.

These impressive qigong and destructive performances were held right after the opening ceremony of the final round this morning, June 4, at 24/3 Square, Tam Ky City.

In addition to the participation of nearly 1,700 athletes from 33 competing teams, the competition also had hundreds of officers and soldiers from the Mobile Police Command participating in performances at the opening ceremony with many unique contents.

Along with that, the performances of overcoming obstacles in terrain, shooting and capturing targets; and demonstrations of qigong and demolition by officers and soldiers delighted the audience.

Skillful qigong performances such as breaking bricks; using bare hands to break bottles and coconuts; using the neck and eyes to bend iron bars; using the throat to support iron bars to push trucks and specialized vehicles with bare hands. There are also extremely elaborate performances that require hard training such as carrying heavy objects on broken glass, lying on a bed of spikes, enduring the effort of breaking a rock placed on the stomach...

Previously, after nearly a month of competition from May 8 to May 26 with more than 4,000 officers and soldiers of 77 police teams from units and localities participating in 4 qualifying rounds, the Organizing Committee selected 33 teams with high prizes to participate in the final round, competing in this contest.

The 2nd military and martial arts competition for direct combat forces in the People's Public Security in 2023, organized by the Ministry of Public Security, aims to commend the force, promote the emulation movement "For the security of the Fatherland", tighten discipline, encourage officers and soldiers to voluntarily study and practice to improve their political qualities, sense of responsibility, wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly serve the Fatherland and the People.

At the same time, the competition aims to raise awareness among officers and soldiers about the important role of military work and martial arts. Thereby, improving the quality and effectiveness of command, military and martial arts for officers and soldiers of direct combat forces, contributing to building a regular, elite and modern People's Public Security force, successfully completing the task of ensuring security and order in the new situation.
