Man Utd are having a disastrous season, losing 17 Premier League matches and finishing 16th in the table. This is almost certainly the Red Devils' worst season in the Premier League era.

Coach Amorim's team is facing the opportunity to save the season by reaching the Europa League final. If they win this tournament, Man Utd will be considered to be consolation because they will receive a bonus of 85 million pounds plus a ticket to participate in the Champions League next season.
Unlike other clubs, however, Man Utd will choose to celebrate modestly after winning the Europa League. The Times reports that the Manchester club will not parade around Manchester on an open-top bus. Instead, they will hold a barbecue at their Carrington training ground, which is undergoing renovations.
The reason is that Man Utd have a pretty tight schedule. Just 4 days after the Europa League final, they will continue their final round of Premier League matches against Aston Villa, then immediately head to Asia on a post-season tour.
On May 28, Man Utd will face the Southeast Asian All-Stars team led by coach Kim Sang Sik at Bukit Jalil Stadium (Malaysia). They will then play in Hong Kong (China) on May 30.
This season, Newcastle held a parade in March to celebrate their first domestic trophy since 1970. Liverpool will also hold a similar event on May 26 after winning the Premier League title.

Meanwhile, if they win the Europa League, Tottenham will also hold a bus parade before their final match of the season against Brighton.
Previously, Man Utd also caused controversy when it announced that it would not provide free tickets for staff to watch the Europa League final. Instead, a small number of tickets would be distributed through an internal lottery. For the majority of remaining staff, the club organized a live viewing in Manchester, in which each staff member would receive two free drinks, while the accompanying person would have to pay for their own.
The last time Man Utd held a parade to celebrate was in 2013 when they won their 20th Premier League title, which was also Sir Alex Ferguson's last season. At that time, more than 100,000 fans took to the streets to celebrate the club's achievements.
