MB Ageas Life Insurance launched and issued a new insurance contract with an improved version using environmentally friendly materials.

In the context of the life insurance industry constantly innovating to adapt to the rapidly changing world , optimizing customer experience has become a strategic focus of businesses, including MB Ageas Life.

For nearly a decade of operation in Vietnam, MB Ageas Life Insurance Company Limited (MB Ageas Life) has not only stopped at upgrading products and providing comprehensive protection solutions, but has also continuously strived to build a complete customer experience journey.

Regarding the content, the new contract still ensures that the information is compiled concisely, condensed, presented in an easy-to-understand and transparent manner, helping customers understand the contract terms correctly and fully.

The contract includes two forms: standard and VIP.

The launch of the new interface of the insurance contract is one of the activities in the 2024 - 2025 customer care program series of MB Ageas Life with the message "Journey of Happiness". The program is implemented by MB Ageas Life with the goal of protecting and caring for customers more comprehensively through practical actions and deeds.

MB Ageas Life Insurance Company Limited (MB Ageas Life) was established under the Establishment and Operation License No. 74, dated July 21, 2016 of the Ministry of Finance . MB Ageas Life is built on the basis of a joint venture between 3 partners including the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB Bank) of Vietnam, Ageas Group of Belgium and Muang Thai Life Insurance Company from Thailand.
