Personalized training program
Scientific training is a process of continuous training and continuous improvement, requiring a systematic lesson plan personalized to each person's ability at each specific stage.

Workouts can now use the Galaxy Watch8 series as their own personal trainer. Samsung's latest generation of smartwatches can help users assess their initial fitness level, thereby creating an optimal training program and schedule.

A series of features to help improve running skills are attracting users' attention (Photo: Samsung).
For example, with running, users can start by wearing the Galaxy Watch8 series and running for 12 minutes. During this time, the Running Level Analysis feature on the watch will analyze running speed, heart rate, breathing... to assess each person's personal fitness on a scale of 1 to 10, then provide a training plan.
Users can access the Samsung Health app after each workout to receive a Running Metrics analysis, including tips to improve running technique, adjust posture, notes to increase efficiency, limit injuries... After completing basic training such as running 5,000m, 10,000m, Galaxy Watch8 will unlock half marathon and full marathon levels for users to conquer.
Exercise to sleep well and stay strong

If users find it difficult to fall asleep, have light sleep, feel lethargic when waking up, have poor concentration and are irritable, it's time to train their sleep with the Galaxy Watch8 series. The Galaxy Watch8 series has been redesigned to be as slim as possible, increasing the feeling of hugging the hand and comfort when wearing to sleep.
After about three nights, Sleep Tracking will capture information about your circadian rhythm, while Environment Monitor will also understand which factors in the room (temperature, humidity, air quality, noise, light) are affecting your sleep.
At this point, the Sleep Coach program will start to give you a list of tasks to do to improve your performance, such as: get natural sunlight in the morning, avoid caffeine after 4pm, avoid alcoholic drinks before bed, meditate in the evening, practice deep breathing before bed… Users should seriously follow these suggestions and check off each task when they complete it.
In the evening, the Bedtime Guidance feature will rely on previously calculated biological rhythms to provide the most suitable bedtime, helping users fall asleep quickly, sleep more deeply, and wake up refreshed.
Daily health screening

Users can monitor their body's biochemical indicators such as heart rate, electrocardiogram, blood pressure, etc. through the health care toolkit on the Galaxy Watch8. In case of suspicious signs, the Irregular Heart Rate Detection (IHRN) feature on the watch will promptly notify. Users can proactively monitor the pressure on the blood vessels through the advanced Vascular Load feature, available for the first time on the Galaxy Watch8 series.
This feature plays an effective role in supporting the screening of cardiovascular problems, including the risk of stroke. If you receive a warning from the watch, you should consider visiting a hospital or medical center early.
The Galaxy Watch8 series is equipped with an Antioxidant Index measurement feature. If the user's diet lacks green vegetables, fruits, etc., the Carotenoid antioxidant content on the skin will be low. The watch will measure this index and notify the user to change their diet. Users can also call Gemini right on the watch to ask for dietary advice to help increase the antioxidant index.

The technology on the Galaxy Watch8 series promises to become a coach and healthcare expert for users who love a healthy lifestyle.
