However, Inter Miami has quietly approached Messi and is gradually achieving their goal. This information has also been confirmed by Gerard Romero, a journalist close to Barca.

Last week, Sport (Spain) reported that Inter Miami had offered Messi a salary of 50 million euros per season. The Argentine superstar would sign a four-year contract. This figure is still far short of the 1.2 billion euro offer for two years at Al Hilal.

Messi has clearly expressed his desire to return to Barca. However, financial difficulties have prevented the Camp Nou club from reuniting with the club legend. Meanwhile, Inter Miami is still closely following the Messi transfer saga and has made a substantial offer to him.
