Xuan Thanh New Urban Area - Defining the urban space in northern Ha Tinh province.

(Baohatinh.vn) - The Xuan Thanh New Urban Area - Phase 1 will reshape the urban landscape of northern Ha Tinh province towards a modern and integrated direction, creating long-term development opportunities for the locality.

The Xuan Thanh New Urban Area - Phase 1 has completed the construction of residential infrastructure and all functional areas.

The Xuan Thanh New Urban Area Project in Tien Dien Commune - Phase 1 received investment approval from the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 5104/UBND-XD dated August 3, 2020, with Harumi Investment and Development Joint Stock Company as the investor. The project is being implemented in Tien Dien Commune with a total area of ​​455,422.6 ^m² , and an estimated total investment of over 424 billion VND (excluding land clearance costs and land use fees).

The overall objective of the project is to complete the construction of residential area infrastructure, arrange housing, social infrastructure, and technical infrastructure to serve the residents in the area; create residential land with synchronized infrastructure, maximize the efficient exploitation and use of land, meet the housing needs of the people, and contribute to the socio -economic development of the locality.

The urban area is positioned as a modern urban space in the northern part of the province.

The highlight of the urban area, besides housing, is the planned functional areas such as: commercial and service zones, education , vocational training, multi-functional buildings, etc. Notably, the project dedicates over 12% of its area to green spaces, landscaping, and water features; and nearly 42% to internal transportation systems, creating a spacious living environment that harmonizes architecture and nature. Not only does it meet the needs of residents, but the project also positions a modern urban space in northern Ha Tinh, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality in particular and the entire province in general.

Harumi Investment and Development Joint Stock Company and the leaders of Tien Dien commune inspected the preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony on December 19th.

The project will be implemented within 60 months from the date of the land allocation decision. To date, Harumi Investment and Development Joint Stock Company has completed 100% of the land clearance, and has fully prepared the necessary conditions and procedures to ensure the groundbreaking ceremony on December 19th.

It is expected that on December 17th, the investor will complete the ceremonial decorations, tents, and infrastructure areas serving the groundbreaking ceremony…

To date, preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony are approximately 80% complete.

The commencement of the Xuan Thanh New Urban Area project, coinciding with a significant national occasion, further fueled the enthusiasm and excitement of the local government and the people of Tien Dien commune.
