According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, this cold front has affected most of the Central region and continues to move southward to the Southern Central region. In the Northern and North Central regions, there will be scattered rain and showers, with cold weather, and in some places, intensely cold temperatures.

In Hanoi and the Northern Delta region, localized showers will occur from morning to noon, then gradually decrease and are likely to stop completely by night. The weather during the day will be cloudy, with temperatures ranging from 12-14 degrees Celsius. Forecasts indicate that from tomorrow, November 20th, the weather will tend to warm up, with sunny and dry conditions returning by mid-week.

In Central Vietnam, provinces from Nghe An to Hue will experience scattered rain, with minimum temperatures of 17-19 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, the area from Da Nang to Quang Ngai will have heavier rainfall, especially in the southern part of Da Nang city.
Heavy rain continues in the South Central region, concentrated in Gia Lai, Dak Lak, and Khanh Hoa, with a high risk of flash floods, inundation, and landslides. Lam Dong province experienced little rain this morning, but areas bordering Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak may experience heavy rainfall due to the influence of moving moist clouds.

In Southern Vietnam, the weather this morning is relatively stable with little rain. However, coastal areas such as Can Tho and some other areas may experience rain due to clouds moving inland from the sea. Ho Chi Minh City, in particular, is cloudy with no rain this morning, but there is a possibility of localized thunderstorms from noon to afternoon.
