Inviting investors to implement social housing projects in Hoa Cuong ward

(DNO) - The Social Housing Project at land plot No. 10 Trinh Cong Son, Hoa Cuong ward is being invited by the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil, Industrial and Technical Infrastructure Works in Da Nang to invite interested investors to submit project registration documents.

The project has an area of 5,662 ^m2 ; construction density of 53% including 1 basement, 20 floors. Construction area of 3,000 ^m2 . Housing type: apartment, social housing; of which 7,000 ^m2 is for commercial services. Housing product structure has 649 apartments. Expected apartment types: 1-bedroom apartment, area from ^35-45m2 (about 10÷15% of the number of apartments); 2-3 bedroom apartment, area from ^50-70m2 (about 85÷90% of the number of apartments). Total investment capital is over 818 billion VND.

Regarding the product consumption plan for the social housing area, the investor sells houses to beneficiaries of social housing policies according to the law; in which priority is given to those who are renting houses in degraded apartment buildings and collective housing areas owned by the state in the city center that must be relocated, cleared, and demolished according to the law. The commercial service area is leased by the investor to provide utilities and services to residents in the project and neighboring areas.

Progress of capital contribution and capital mobilization within 3 years from the date the investor is decided to allocate land, decide to lease land to implement the project. According to the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil, Industrial and Technical Infrastructure Works in Da Nang , interested investors can submit their applications from now until 5:00 p.m. on July 31, 2025.

Interested investors who need to register to implement a project must carry out procedures to be granted a digital certificate and submit a project registration application on the National Bidding Network System.
