Duc Phuc and Erik's special relationship lasting nearly 10 years

Participating in "Anh trai say hi", Duc Phuc and Erik are considered a "perfect pair" because both have successful careers and many famous songs.

Up to now, Duc Phuc and Erik have been on the same team once in the second competition night, performing the song "Poet" together.

In this show, Erik attracted attention when he revealed that he had a conflict with Duc Phuc. It was also a rare time that the two argued in recent years.

When given the chance to confide, Erik admitted his mistake: "I know I was a bit childish at that time, so I said things that hurt you." Erik also apologized to Duc Phuc in front of many colleagues.

Erik's honesty moved Duc Phuc. He shared: "Everyone probably has friends that they consider brothers, and then they feel sad when they are not trusted."

The audience witnessed Duc Phuc shed tears when Erik thanked him after the performance. Erik admitted that the reason behind participating in "Anh trai say hi" was because he wanted to contribute to the audience with Duc Phuc: "It's been a long time, from 2018 until now, the two of us have participated in a competition together."

During the team selection, song selection, and performance, Erik and Duc Phuc both turned to each other, crying and laughing with their long-time best friend.

Erik, Duc Phuc and Hoa Minzy are members of the Hoa Dam But group - one of the famous groups of close friends in Vietnamese showbiz. They have been together for nearly a decade.

Most recently, Duc Phuc's MV "First Day After Breaking Up" featured the "love roundabout" Hoa Minzy - Erik - Miss Thuy Tien.

This is not the first time Hoa Dam But has acted together in a music product. In the past, the trio have appeared together in the MVs: “More than love”, “Cannot be together forever”, “I am not wrong, we are wrong”, “Double past, single present” and “First day”.

When mentioned about his two close colleagues, Duc Phuc expressed: "People often exaggerate that entering showbiz is like this and that, there is no friendship, but when we played together, this friendship went beyond showbiz."

Meanwhile, Erik exclaimed when talking about the Hoa Dam But group of friends: "Actually, I'm not a very salty person. I'm quite quiet and introverted, so being able to join the group still makes me wonder."

After many years together, the families of the three singers also have a close relationship, often meeting and asking about each other. Hoa Minzy's son also calls Erik and Duc Phuc his uncle.

Erik was born in 1997, real name is Nguyen Trung Thanh. He is the owner of many hits such as "Touching the bottom of pain", "Em khong sai chung ta sai", "Chay ve khoc voi anh",... Among them, the most famous is the song "Sau tat ca" - the work that helped Erik be considered a "monster rookie" of the Vietnamese music industry.

Duc Phuc was also a famous singer before participating in “Anh trai say hi”. The young singer born in 1996 is famous for his romantic love songs, typically: “Anh nang cua anh”, “Hon ca yeu”, “Em dong y - I Do”...

Duc Phuc is the champion of The Voice Vietnam 2015.
