On the afternoon of January 15, according to information from the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Tinh province, implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the Central Executive Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently", at the unit, 5 civil servants and 4 public employees have expressed their wish to retire early.
Among the 9 people who voluntarily applied for early retirement from the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Tinh province, there are Mr. Tran Hai Binh (born in 1971) - Deputy Head of the General Measurement Department, Department of Standards and Quality Measurement, with more than 8 years of work left; Mr. Bien Van Sinh (born in 1967) - Deputy Head of the Department of Standards and Quality Measurement, with 4 years of work left; Ms. Diep Quynh Nhu (born in 1973) - PhD in Biotechnology, specialist of the Department of Technology and Specialized Management, with more than 5 years of work left.
Over the past 7 years, the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Tinh has streamlined its apparatus, reducing 1 department in the department, 3 departments in 3 affiliated public service units and 1 deputy leader compared to regulations.
Currently, the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Tinh province is coordinating with the Department of Information and Communications of Ha Tinh province to develop a project to merge the two departments; to develop a project to dissolve the Center for Research and Development of Mushrooms and Biological Resources.
