MU finalizes price for 'blockbuster' Sesko

British and German press both reported that MU is determined to recruit striker Benjamin Sesko in this summer transfer window.

According to Bild , MU has officially sent an offer worth 85 million euros to RB Leipzig, including 75 million euros in transfer fees and 10 million euros in performance bonuses. However, Leipzig has not yet responded to this fee.

The "Red Devils" are competing fiercely with Newcastle, who have offered Sesko 90 million euros. This figure meets Leipzig's requirements. However, Sesko has not yet given a final answer, as he is waiting for an offer from MU.

On August 3, BBC also reported that MU decided to sell striker Rasmus Hojlund for nearly 35 million euros to clear the way to welcome Sesko.

Christopher Vivell, MU's chief scout, is the one who is actively promoting this deal. Mr. Vivell had a time working with Sesko when he was at Salzburg and highly appreciated the striker's potential.

Another sign of interest from MU is the appearance of Elvis Basanovic, Sesko's agent, at the "Red Devils" training ground. Sesko's official account also "liked" this photo, which shows the increasingly close connection between the two parties.
