What is Cash and Miles Ticketing?

Buying tickets with Cash and Miles is a form of ticket purchase exclusively for Golden Lotus members. Members can combine the use of accumulated Cash and Miles to pay for part or all of the air ticket price. The program of buying tickets with Cash and Miles can be done via the Vietnam Airlines website.

Conditions for purchasing tickets with Cash and Miles To purchase tickets with Cash and Miles, members need to accumulate a minimum of 2,500 miles/1 passenger/1 flight. Accumulated miles can be used to:

• Pay part or all of the airfare.
• Pay for airfare for accompanying passengers if they have the same booking code.

Note:

• When declaring information, members only use the Golden Lotus membership card number, do not enter the frequent flyer card number of other airlines.
• Accumulated miles cannot be used to pay for taxes, fees and surcharges.
• Tickets purchased with Cash and Miles will earn miles according to the Golden Lotus program policy.
• In case you do not take the flight and need to refund your ticket:
  1. Voluntary refund: no refund of used miles.
  2. Involuntary refund: used miles will be refunded according to the ticket processing principles of the Carriage Regulations.
