Dynamic support form

Career counseling, orientation, vocational training and job placement for students and workers are always of interest and coordinated implementation by all levels, sectors and socio-political organizations.

Through job exchanges, recruitment fairs and consulting conferences held annually, workers have access to information about domestic and foreign labor markets, recruitment needs, vocational training enrollment, and temporary work programs abroad under contract.

Consulting activities also support businesses, groups and individuals in understanding policies and laws related to labor, employment, unemployment insurance, vocational training and recruitment processes. At the same time, guidance is given on receiving documents, organizing interviews and signing labor contracts in accordance with regulations.

Ha Linh Anh (student of the University of Education, Danang University) expressed that through the consultation sessions, she has more information about internship and recruitment opportunities suitable for her major.

A representative of L. Company in Da Nang shared: “From the employer’s perspective, we highly appreciate programs like the job fair, because it provides practical opportunities to approach young human resources. Through the interview and interaction process, we realized that the program not only helps students understand the actual requirements of businesses, but also encourages them to proactively cultivate soft skills such as communication, teamwork, situation handling, etc. These are important factors that help them be ready to quickly integrate into the real working environment.”

Open up many job opportunities

Recently, the Department of Home Affairs in collaboration with the University of Economics (University of Danang) organized a job fair attracting 1,000 students and workers. Accordingly, businesses registered to recruit about 8,000 workers. Here, many students brought their resumes and were interviewed directly, taking advantage of the opportunity to "hunt" for jobs.

Nguyen Thao Hien, a student at the University of Economics, University of Danang, said that through a post on the school's fanpage, Hien learned about the job fair and quickly registered to participate in order to find an internship opportunity suitable for her major. Here, Hien received direct advice from employers, instructions on how to write an impressive self-introduction (CV), prepare for interviews and access a lot of useful information about job vacancies.

Thao Hien believes that events like this are very practical and help students feel more confident in the process of finding a job after graduation.

According to the representative of the University of Economics, the school considers the job fair as a practical opportunity to grasp the actual recruitment needs of businesses, especially the requirements for skills and expertise of students after graduation. Through this, it is possible to review the training program, update teaching content and enhance practical activities and soft skills to improve the quality of human resources, better meeting the needs of the labor market in the coming time.

Mr. Huynh Cong Hai, Deputy Director of the City Employment Service Center, informed: Since the beginning of the year, the City Employment Service Center has organized more than 50 transaction sessions, introduced 3,500 workers to jobs; consulted and provided information on jobs, vocational training, and legal policies to 80,000 workers; connected, collected information, and registered to recruit more than 700 businesses...

Currently, the demand for labor recruitment of enterprises in the city is very large. However, the number of workers registering to look for jobs is still low compared to the actual demand due to the tendency to find jobs themselves, not proactively accessing job referral channels or not meeting the professional and skill requirements of employers.

“In the coming time, the center will promote job fairs on online platforms, social networks, as well as other online forms so that workers can easily access and register to find jobs.

In mountainous and remote areas of the city, the center organizes mobile job fairs in the community.

In addition, we will coordinate with businesses to bring recruitment information to the place and provide direct consultation to connect labor supply and demand, helping people have more opportunities to access suitable jobs and gradually stabilize their lives," Mr. Hai shared.
